After nearly 20 years of immersion in the retail sector at the heart of networks of boutiques with more than 400 shops, initiating and consolidating the weight of online sales to reach nearly 13% for certain brands, and deploying multi-channel BtoB sales strategies through retailers and prescribers, my conviction has always been to listen to the field, to customers of course, but also and above all to the "customer experts", i.e. the sales teams!
As far as organisations are concerned, changes are essential, requiring agility, autonomy and collective intelligence. Difficult to put in place, innovation to create value can only be based on this injunction: Break down the silos. And first of all: the business with all the entities of the company. How can we make salespeople the best ambassadors: by sharing all the wealth of knowledge held by the different teams (purchasing, production, marketing management, finance, etc.)?
