After 20 years immersed at the heart of the challenges of marketing offers and motivating sales staff and distributors, I've driven many digital and human transformations! To consolidate the impact of brands and deploy multi-channel BtoB sales strategies via resellers and prescribers, my conviction has always been to analyze objective data, but above all to listen to the field, to customers of course, but also to the "customer experts", i.e. the sales teams!
As far as organizations are concerned, changes are essential, requiring agility, autonomy and collective intelligence. Although difficult to implement, innovation to create value can only be achieved by breaking down silos. And first and foremost: sales with all corporate entities. How can we make salespeople the best ambassadors: by sharing all the wealth of knowledge held by the different teams (purchasing, production, marketing management, finance...)?
