Protection of personal data
The user is informed that in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data "RGPD", personal data is collected when using the SWEETSHOW platform.
1 ) Person in charge of the treatment
SWEET SHOW is the company responsible for the processing of data collected on the platform, it acts as a subcontractor for the personal data of the company using the SWEET SHOW solution.
2 ) Data collected
The data are transmitted voluntarily by the user who wishes it. The information that he communicates through the form present on the application is necessary to answer his request and is intended for purposes of follow-up of this request.
The data collected are in particular:
The appointments made (users, date, duration, documents presented, time spent per document); the log of shares sent list of emails of people who have downloaded the documents, date of validity of the link, shows, attachments and files sent, date of consultation, duration of consultation, number of consultation of documents and date of action
These data are kept for 3 years after use.
The Data is normally stored within the European Union. However, it is possible that it may be transferred to the United States, outside the European Union ("Third Country"). In such a case, we ensure that the transfer is made in compliance with the applicable regulations and guarantees an adequate level of protection of the user's privacy and fundamental rights.
